On weekends and public holidays, no response can be expected. All efforts will be made to respond to emails as quickly as possible but a response time of up to 4 business days should be expected

How will I receive my pattern?

Immediately after your purchase, an email will be sent to you with a link to download the pattern(s) in PDF format. It is very important to enter the correct email in order to receive your patterns.

 

I can’t download my pattern, what should I do?

If you encounter any issues downloading your patterns, there may be an issue with the firewalls in the particular browser being used. It is recommended to switch to other browsers like Firefox or Google Chrome and try again. If the problem persists, please send an email to info@toksknits.com

I bought a pattern in the wrong language. Can I exchange it?

Patterns bought in the wrong language can always be exchanged. Please email for support at info@toksknits.com
