RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

When purchasing digital products/patterns, you agree upon checkout that the 14 day cancellation period for the digital product is null and void.

DELIVERY

Patterns purchased on www.toksknits.com are sent as a digital download directly to the email provided immediately after purchase. If the email with the download link is missing, please check your spam folder and then contact us at info@toksknits.com download your files immediately after purchase and save to your device.

When placing your order, please ensure that you have provided the correct email address. Download links sent to the wrong address cannot be retrieved and could result in not receiving the pattern you purchased.
