Fola Blanket

The Fola blanket is a crochet cabled design that is easier than it looks. It uses a technique called the braided stitch and uses a combination of single crochet, treble crochet and double crochets. The result is a warm, textured blanket that will serve you for years to come. The pattern is easily customisable into different sizes by chaining in the multiples of stitches listed below.

Skill level - Advanced Beginner/ Intermediate Materials

 5.5mm crochet hook

 Yarn: Worsted/Aran (weight 4). The yarn used here is Red Heart with Love yarn in the color Peacock.

Yardage: 3500 - 4000 yards (3200 - 3650 metres). Approximately 10-11 skeins of Red Heart with Love yarn will be needed.
